Henry Bain Sauce recipe

This tomato-based sauce has the zip ofpicante and hot pepper sauces as well as the tanginess of Worcestershireand your favorite steak sauce. Use it to baste meat while grillingand then serve it alongside.

Recipe: Henry Bain Sauce

1 3/4 cups tomato ketchup
1 1/2 cups chili sauce
1 1/4 cups steak sauce
1 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
1 cup picante sauce
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

  • Combine ketchup, chili sauce, steak sauce,Worcestershire sauce, picante sauce and hot pepper sauce. Mixwell. Refrigerate until used. Serve over grilled beef, noodles,potatoes or rice.

    Makes about 7 1/4 cups.
