Heavenly White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Fudge recipe

This creamy white chocolate marshmallowfudge, flecked with chopped macadamia nuts, is so good it’s heavenly!

Recipe: Heavenly White Chocolateand Macadamia Nut Fudge

1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate chips1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extendingfoil over edges of pan.
  • In heavy 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar,marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter and cook over mediumheat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil;boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolatechips, vanilla and nuts, stirring until chips are melted.
  • Pour into prepared pan; cool until set.
  • Remove fudge from pan and place on cuttingboard. Peel off foil and cut into squares. Store covered in cool,dry place.

    Makes about 2 1/4 pounds candy. (For bestresults, do not double this recipe.)
