Heavenly Hash Fudge recipe

This yummy chocolate fudge is a heavenlyhash of toasted pecans and miniature marshmallows.

Recipe: Heavenly Hash Fudge

1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolatechips1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk1 teaspoon vanilla1/8 teaspoon salt3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans2 cups miniature marshmallows

  • Line the bottom and sides of a 9-inchsquare pan with heavy-duty foil. Set pan aside.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a double boilerover simmering water, stirring occasionally,until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, vanillaand salt to chocolate; stir until mixtureis well blended.
  • Stir in pecans and then add marshmallows, stirring to just coat marshmallowswith chocolate mixture, being carefulnot to let marshmallows melt into mixture.
  • Immediately spoon candy mixture into foil-linedpan. Spread mixture evenly in pan,smoothing top.
  • Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate until candy is firm, aboutan hour.
  • When candy is firm, remove from pan andpeel off the foil. With a sharp knife,cut candy into squares. Store in asealed container in a cool place.

    Makes approximately 2 1/2 pounds fudge.
