Recipe: Healthy Curry SnackMix

4 large rice cakes (unsalted)
1 1/2 cups oyster crackers or Corn Chex cereal
3/4 cup stick pretzels
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon curry powder

  • Break rice cakes and pretzels into bitesized pieces. Stir together with crackers.
  • Melt butter and curry, pour over snackmixture and toss well.
  • Place mixture on a baking sheet and bakeat 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. Storesealed.

    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
