A creamy combination of yogurt and bananaplus the sweetness of tropical juices and the freshness of strawberries.

Recipe: Health-Fruit Smoothie

1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
5 fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 banana, peeled
1/4 cup ice cubes

  • Combine yogurt, pineapple juice, strawberries,banana and ice cubes in a blender.
    Process until smooth and serve in chilled glasses.

    Makes 2 servings.
