Recipe: Ham and Egg Casserole
4 cups cubed firm white bread (8 slices)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 to 12 ounces fully-cooked diced ham
10 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepperPaprika for sprinkling
Makes 12 servings.
* Or substitute cooked and crumbled sausageor cooked and crumbled bacon.
