Recipe: Grilled Honey-LemonChicken Breasts
6 (approximately 4-ounces each) skinlessboneless chicken breast halves1 medium onion, finely chopped1/2 cup fresh lemon juice3 tablespoons vegetable oil3 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons soy sauceKosher or sea salt and freshly groundblack pepper to taste

I made this for hubby, myself and 2 kids this evening. I doubled the ingredients and added some Chinese seasoning to the honey, soy sauce and lemon juice. I also made gravy with some flour, water, chicken stock cubes and the juices from the chicken after and served with mixed veg, roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds and we all really enjoyed it. Definitely going to be making it again.

This recipe is super easy to make, which makes it perfect for summer parties. You can make it in advance because the chicken needs to marinate for at least 30 minutes and can marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Remove the chicken from the marinade when your grill is hot and ready! This sounds delicious but u left out the salt and black pepper?when do we put that in? Does this honey,lemon n rosemary chicken have a sweet n sour taste to it?..thanks!
