Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.

Using whole grain hamburger buns not onlyensures that you’re adding more nutrients to your diet, theyalso make a tastier sandwich.

Recipe: Grilled Buffalo ChickenSandwich

3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breastsDressing:1/2 cup ranch salad dressing1 celery stalk, finely chopped2 tablespoons fresh parsley4 whole grain hamburger bunsLettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onionsfor garnish

  • In a shallow bowl, or self-sealing bag,combine the hot pepper sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar,Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, saltand pepper.
  • Lightly pound chicken breasts with theflat side of a meat mallet and place in marinade. Let mixturemarinate at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, or up to 24hours.
  • Remove chicken breasts from marinade (discardingmarinade), and grill over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutesper side, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the ranchdressing, celery and fresh parsley.
  • To assemble, place a chicken breast onthe bottom half of a hamburger bun. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoonsof the sauce on top and garnish with lettuce, sliced tomatoesand red onion if desired.
