Recipe: Green Olive DippingSauce
2 tablespoons dry-roasted sunflower seeds3/4 cup pitted green olives (not pimento-stuffed),drained2 teaspoons minced garlic2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel1/4 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves3/4 cup mayonnaise
Makes 8 servings.
