Grape Roughie recipe

Try this as a refreshing option for a healthfuland on-the-go breakfast drink. Low-fat and fat-free milk andyogurt can also be used.

Recipe: Grape Roughie

1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Combine grapes, milk, yogurt, brown sugar,vanilla and crushed ice in a blender. Process on high speed for15 seconds. Serve immediately.
