Recipe: Goin’ Bananas Smoothie
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1 medium frozen banana, broken into chunks
2 teaspoons granulated or brown sugar (or honey or artificialsweetener), if desired
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
