A simple glaze over ham makes an easy specialoccasion meal.
Recipe: Glazed Ham
1 (10-pound) ham
2 tablespoons whole cloves
1 (32-ounce) can peaches in syrup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup honey
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Makes 12 servings.
*Note: Directions are for a bone-in, fullycooked ham. Also called ready-to-eat or heat-and-serveham. A cook-before-eating ham must be cooked to aninternal temperature of 160°F (70°C), approximately 18to 20 minutes per pound.
