Gingered Fruit Dip recipe

This delectable dip, flavored with peachor apricot preserves and cystallized ginger, adds sparkle tofresh fruit.

Recipe: Gingered Fruit Dip

2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons peach or apricot preserves
2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
Assorted fresh or dried fruit, cut up

  • Combine all ingredients except fruit inmedium bowl. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors (at least 1hour).
  • Serve with fresh fruit. Store refrigerated.

    Makes 2 cups.
