Recipe: Ginger-Apricot Glaze
1 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Makes about 1 cup.
