Ghostly Dessert Cups recipe

These Halloween fun cookies and cream dessertcups are topped with whipped cream ‘ghosts’ with spooky littlechocolate ‘eyes’!

Recipe: Ghostly Dessert Cups

3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 (3.25-ounce each) packages instant chocolate pudding
1 (12-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (16-ounce) package chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies,crushed
Miniature chocolate chips or other small candies for eyes15 party paper cups

  • Place cold milk into a large bowl; addpudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in 3 cups of the whipped toppingand half of the cookie crumbs.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs and1/2 cup pudding into the 15 party cups. Top with remaining crumbs.
  • Decorate with remaining whipped toppingby swirling spoonfuls (the ghosts) on top and make the eyes withthe miniature chips.

    Serves 15.
