Recipe: Garlic Mashed Potatoes
4 pounds small red or gold potatoes, cleaned(unpeeled)
2 (5-ounce) packages garlic-flavored spreadable cheese
3/4 cup canned chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
- If serving potatoes immediately, heatbroth before adding.
- If making ahead, cover well and chillup to one day.
- To reheat, place potatoes in an ovenproofdish and heat in oven (350°F to 400°F / 175°C to205°C) for 30 minutes.
