Garden Vegetable Spread recipe

A tasty vegetable dip made with ricottacheese.

Recipe: Garden VegetableSpread

2/3 cup ricotta cheese1/2 cup chopped mixed raw vegetables (carrots,celery, peppers, radishes)1 tablespoon chopped green onions1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco brand hotsauceSalt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • Combine all ingredients and refrigerateto blend flavors. Store, covered, inrefrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Serve as a spread for a variety of crackers,bagels, muffins or toast.

    Make about 1 1/4 cups spread.

    I could always use new knives! I can t stand my coworkers ..hahaha, it s just me! But yeah, I m always surprised at how childish adults can be! Lovin the vegetable spread. Could probably eat it for lunch! My question to you is .what s your work atmosphere like? I always roll with the motto that life is what you make out of it. Sure, sometimes I lose focus on this and things get to me but at the end of the day do these things really matter? I still have my family, friends and love for God. Really that s what it s about.
