A deliciously refreshing peach and orangesmoothie everyone will enjoy.

Recipe: Fuzzy Navel Smoothie

1 cup orange juice1 fresh peach, sliced or 1/2 cup frozensliced peaches1 medium banana1 (8-ounce) container vanilla-flavoredyogurt1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

  • Place juice, peaches, banana, yogurt andsugar in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

    Makes 2 servings.

    Tip: For thicker smoothies without addingcalories, toss in a few ice cubes before blending.
