Fusilli with Blue Cheese and Toasted Walnuts.

This pasta dish is high in flavor and lowin preparation time. Serve with warm crusty rolls, green saladand a tall glass of iced tea.

Recipe: Fusilli with BlueCheese and Toasted Walnuts

1 (12-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION®Evaporated Milk
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 (12-ounce) package fusilli or bow-tie pasta, cooked, drainedand kept warm
1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

  • Heat evaporated milk in large skilletover medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Stir inblue cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is partiallymelted and sauce is slightly thickened.
  • Add pasta and peas; cook, stirring frequently,until heated through. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
