Fudgy Raspberry Swirled Brownies.

Recipe: Fudgy Raspberry SwirledBrownies

1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels1/2 cup (1 stick) butter1 cup granulated sugar2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 large eggs1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup raspberry preserves

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
  • Melt morsels and butter in 2-quart saucepanover low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Remove fromheat; stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs, one at a time,mixing well after each addition. Add flour and salt; mix well.Spread brownie mixture into prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfulsof preserves over brownie; pull knife through batter for swirledeffect.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until browniesjust begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely inpan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Dip edges in powdered sugar.

    Makes 16 brownies.
