Fruit & Veggie Frozen Pops.

With some adult supervision, kids willhave fun making and eating these refreshing cool treats!

Recipe: Fruit & VeggieFrozen Pops

4 cups Ocean Spray® 100% Juice orLight Juice Drink Fruit & Veggie Cranberry Strawberry Bananaor Tropical Citrus8 (5-ounce) paper cups8 (6-inch) squares of heavy-duty foil8 wooden craft sticks

  • Pour 1/2 cup juice into each paper cup.
  • Place foil over tops of cups; press andform around cups so top is tight.
  • With sharp knife, cut a small slit incenter of foil on each; carefully insert sticks in each so itis standing up straight.
  • Place cups on tray or baking sheet withsides. Place flat in freezer. Freeze overnight or until solid.
  • To serve, remove foil; warm cups slightlywith hands to lift out, or peel paper from frozen pops.

    Makes 8 pops.

    Today, I bring you three popsicles loaded with fruits and veggies. Although they contain some surprising hidden ingredients, there s no sneaking around with these pops.  Piper and I make veggie popsicles together, adding the ingredients to the blender and pouring each mixture into our favorite popsicle molds .
