Recipe: Fruit ‘N Honey Granola
3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats1 cup sweetened or unsweetened flakedcoconut
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (6-ounce) package diced dried mixed fruit or your favoritedried fruit (about 1 1/3 cups)
Makes 5 1/2 cups.
