Fruit Medley Punch recipe

This is a great punch for a festive event.Garnish with sliced strawberries for added effect.

Recipe: Fruit Medley Punch

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen sweetened,sliced strawberries
3 cups Apricot KERNS® from LIBBY’S Refrigerated All Nectar
3 cups water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (32-ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled

  • In a blender, pur e frozen strawberries.
  • Combine strawberry pur e, apricotnectar, water, lemon juice, sugar and orange juice concentrate;stir until well mixed. Slowly pour in ginger ale. Serve immediately.

    Makes 16 servings.
