Frosty Strawberry Yogurt Squares recipe

No baking required for these yummy strawberrytreats!

Recipe: Frosty StrawberryYogurt Squares

2 cups fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetenedstrawberries, thawed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 carton (16 ounces) plain or vanilla yogurt
2 cups broken creme-filled chocolate cookies

Mash strawberries; stir in sugar. Setaside.

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Addpowdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in yogurt.Spread 2 cups of mixture onto bottom of 8 or 9 inch square bakingdish. Top with cookies.

Fold berries into remaining whipped creammixture. Spread over cookies. Freeze until firm.

Remove from freezer 20 minutes beforeserving.

Makes 9 squares.
