Fried Rice.

An authentic blend of Asian spices addsdelicious flavor to fried rice.

Recipe: Fried Rice

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups cold, cooked rice
4 green onions, chopped
1 (0.75-ounce) packet MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Fried Rice SeasoningBlend
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup frozen peas and carrots

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-highheat. Stir-fry rice and green onions for 1 minute. Stir in seasoningblend and soy sauce.
  • Push rice to one side. Add eggs; scramble.Blend into rice. Add peas and carrots; stir until heated through.Serve immediately.

    Makes 5 servings
