Fried Ravioli recipe

A fun and tasty appetizer, serve thesecrispy fried ravioli with your favorite marinara sauce.

Recipe: Fried Ravioli

1 (16-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli,thawed
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons milkSalt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 cups bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying1 (26 to 28-ounce) jar of marinara sauce,heated

  • Heat oil in deep-fat fryer to 300°F(150°C).
  • Beat the eggs with the milk; season withsalt and pepper. Dip ravioli into egg mixture and then coat withbread crumbs. Fry about 4 to 6 ravioli at a time. Drain on papertowels.
  • Serve with warm marinara sauce to dipin.

    Makes about 24 appetizers.
