Recipe: Four Fruit Salad
3/4 cup seedless grapes
3/4 cup orange segments
1 large apple, cut-up
1 large pear, cut-up
Serves about 4.
- Serve on lettuce lined plate with scoopof low fat cottage cheese and lite dressing.
- Serve in glass dish with scoop of sherbeton top.
- Serve in bowl topped with yogurt.
