Four Cheese Ravioli with Peas and Basil.

This delicious and colorful dish is greatfor a quick and simple, meatless weeknight or weekend meal.

Recipe: Four Cheese Ravioliwith Peas and Basil

1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI RefrigeratedFour Cheese Ravioli1/2 cup frozen peas1 tablespoon butter1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves1 tablespoon BUITONI Refrigerated FreshlyShredded Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted

  • Prepare ravioli according to package directions,cooking peas with the ravioli during entire cook time. Drain;place in large serving bowl.
  • Add butter; toss gently until butter ismelted.
  • Add basil and cheese; toss gently.
  • Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.

    Makes 2 servings. (Increase recipe as desired.)
