Foolproof Fudge.

It doesn’t get much easier than this: creamyevaporated milk with lots of chocolate!

Recipe: Foolproof Fudge

3 (6-ounce) packages or 3 cupsNESTL TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 (12-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION® EvaporatedMilk

  • Combine chocolate chips, nuts, butterand vanilla in a large bowl; set aside.
  • In a large heavy saucepan over mediumheat, bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil, stirring constantly.Continue stirring while it boils for 8 minutes.
  • Pour milk mixture over chocolate mixtureand stir to blend. Beat with an electric mixer approximately2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.Allow to cool before cutting.

    Makes 24 pieces.
