Fluffy & Fruity Dessert recipe

This easy, no-bake fruity pudding and ladyfingerdessert looks as good as it tastes.

Recipe: Fluffy & FruityDessert

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple injuice, undrained
1 (4-serving size) package cheesecake flavored or vanilla instantpudding and pie filling
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 pint heavy or whipping cream1/4 cup powdered sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3-ounce) package ladyfingers

  • Mix together the pineapple with its juice,dry pudding mix, strawberries and marshmallows in large bowluntil well blended; set aside.
  • Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanillawith an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into puddingmixture.
  • Line a large, glass serving bowl withladyfingers, with cut sides facing in. Fill with the puddingmixture; cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.Store in refrigerator.

    Makes 12 servings.
