Five-Minute Fudge recipe

Creamy marshmallow fudge…as easy as cookingfor exactly five minutes, no more, no less.

Recipe: Five-Minute Fudge

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan withaluminum foil; set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporatedmilk, butter and salt. Stir over medium heat until mixture comesto a full boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove fromheat.
  • Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips,nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously until marshmallows melt andblend. Pour into baking pan. Refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into 1-inch squares to serve. Storein refrigerator in sealed container.

    Makes 5 dozen.

    really great, t time I made fudge without melting some kind of chocolate. I used Dutch cocoa. mmm mmm mmm. Set ok but I would halve the milk next time. thanks for a great recipe. Are you sure it s not supposed to be 2 teaspoons of vanilla? I just made this, and 2 tablespoons of vanilla seems like way too much. I tasted it before I added the vanilla and it was good, but not so much anymore. Too much vanilla.


    We have a 1 kilogram bag of powdered sugar here, so I quickly poured the entire bag into my fudge mix and put the bowl back over heat to mix it in I think I saved it, but I would highly suggest you place a 1 kilogram bag beside the z mention at the top.
