Creamy marshmallow fudge…as easy as cookingfor exactly five minutes, no more, no less.
Recipe: Five-Minute Fudge
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
Line an 8-inch square baking pan withaluminum foil; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporatedmilk, butter and salt. Stir over medium heat until mixture comesto a full boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove fromheat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips,nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously until marshmallows melt andblend. Pour into baking pan. Refrigerate until set.
Cut into 1-inch squares to serve. Storein refrigerator in sealed container.
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Makes 5 dozen.
