Five-Minute Fantastic Fudge recipe

Mini-marshmallows give this fudge bodywhile nuts add flavor and texture.

Recipe: Five-Minute FantasticFudge

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan withheavy aluminum foil; set aside.

Combine sugar, evaporated milk and saltin a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 4 to5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, nutsand vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallowsare completely melted. Pour into prepared pan and cool untilfirm. Cut into squares or diamonds.

Makes 24 pieces.
