Five-Minute Fantastic Fudge recipe

Mini-marshmallows give this fudge bodywhile nuts add flavor and texture.

Recipe: Five-Minute FantasticFudge

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan withheavy aluminum foil; set aside.
  • Combine sugar, evaporated milk and saltin a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 4 to5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, nutsand vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallowsare completely melted. Pour into prepared pan and cool untilfirm. Cut into squares or diamonds.

    Makes 24 pieces.

    This fudge recipe is made with sour cream which gives the candy a pleasant tang. Whenever I sell it at our local Christmas bazaar I never have any left!
