Festive Pistachio Cake recipe

A festive ‘cake-mix-easy’ pistachio cakefrosted with a fluffy pistachio pudding-whipped cream frosting.

Recipe: Festive PistachioCake

1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix5 large eggs1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup milk1/2 cup club soda (or water)2 (4-ounce) packages instant pistachiopudding mixPistachio Frosting:1 cup heavy cream1 (8-ounce) carton whipped topping1 (4-ounce) package instant pistachiopudding mix

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.Set aside.
  • Mix all ingredient together with electricmixer in large bowl. Pour into preparedpan.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until caketests done when wooden pick insertedin center comes our clean. Place panon rack and cool slightly; remove cake from pan and cool completely before frosting.
  • For Pistachio Frosting: Place all ingredientsin medium bowl. Whip with electric mixeruntil combined and fluffy.

    Makes 1 (10-inch) tube cake.
