Recipe: Elbow Macaroni Salad

1 (7.6-ounce) can NESTL MediaCrema3 tablespoons mustard2 tablespoons white vinegar3 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked accordingto package directions and cooled1 cup grated carrot1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1/2 cup chopped red onion1/2 cup thinly sliced green onionsSalt and ground black pepper

  • Combine media crema, mustard and vinegarin small bowl; set aside.
  • Combine macaroni, carrot, bell pepper,red onion and green onions in large bowl. Add media crema mixture;mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve at room temperature or refrigeratefor 1 hour before serving.
