Recipe: Easy White Mousse
4 ounces NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Premier White Baking Bar, broken into small pieces
1 cup heavy whipping cream – divided use
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Makes 4 servings.
Note: For soft-set mousse, beat cream justuntil soft peaks form. Mousse can also be layered with freshberry slices.
