Easy Lemon Pound Cake recipe

A ‘cake-mix’ and ‘pudding-mix’ easy lemonpound cake.

Recipe: Easy Lemon PoundCake

1 (18.25-ounce) package lemon cake mix
1 (4-serving size) package instant lemon pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease and flour a (10-inch) Bundt pan; set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix,pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil. With an electric mixer, beatat medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cake coolin pan for 10 to 15 minutes on wire rack. Remove cake from panand cool completely on wire rack.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frostas desired.

    Makes 12 servings.
