A ‘cake-mix’ and ‘pudding-mix’ easy lemonpound cake.
Recipe: Easy Lemon PoundCake
1 (18.25-ounce) package lemon cake mix 1 (4-serving size) package instant lemon pudding mix 4 large eggs 1 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease and flour a (10-inch) Bundt pan; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix,pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil. With an electric mixer, beatat medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cake coolin pan for 10 to 15 minutes on wire rack. Remove cake from panand cool completely on wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frostas desired.
Makes 12 servings.
