Easy Chocolate Mousse recipe
This ‘blender version’ is absolutely theeasiest chocolate mousse you’ll ever make…and it is just asdelicious as it is easy!

Recipe: Easy Chocolate Mousse
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 large fresh egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup heavy cream, heated*Sweetened whipped cream for garnish (optional)Fresh strawberries for garnish and accompaniment(optional)
Makes 4 servings.
*Heat just until hot, but not boiling.

Mine came out great but I was worried at first because as others said it did not thicken. Figuring I had ruined it I decided to just cook it on a higher heat for longer and added extra chocolate just to see what would happen. In the end it turned out great! Hi! I made this recipe and it was delicious. But, the egg or something kind of made little white gummy clumps in the mousse. I don t know why it did that. The heavy whipping cream and egg mixture did boil for a little bit. Is that why?
