Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Pie

One taste and you will agree this chocolatechip pie is as delicious as it is easy to make.

Recipe: Easy Chocolate ChipCheesecake Pie

1 (6-ounce) KEEBLER® READY CRUST®Graham Cracker Pie Crust2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened1 (14-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION®Sweetened Condensed Milk1 large egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels1 teaspoon all-purpose flourChocolate Glaze (recipe follows)

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowluntil fluffy. Slowly beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.Add egg and vanilla extract: mix well. Toss morsels with flourin small bowl; stir into cheese mixture. Place crust on bakingsheet. Pour cheese mixture into crust.
  • BAKE for 35 minutes or until center springsback when touched lightly. Cool on wire rack. Top with ChocolateGlaze. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • For Chocolate Glaze: 1/2 cup NESTLTOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels and 1/4 cup heavywhipping cream in small, uncovered microwave-safe bowl. Heaton HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Morsels may retain someof their original shape. Microwave at additional 10 to 15-secondintervals, stirring until smooth.

    Makes 8 servings.

    Hint: To prevent morsels from floatingto the bottom of the pie, sprinkle morsels on pie after bakingcheesecake 5 to 10 minutes.
