Get the blender out, toss in a banana,yogurt, some bran and honey and whirl until smooth…breakfastis ready!

1 banana, peeled and halved
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon bran
1 teaspoon honey

  • Combine banana, yogurt, bran and honeyin a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
