Easter Bunny Gelatin Cups recipe

Kids will have fun making these easy Easterbunny gelatin treats in a cup.

Recipe: Easter Bunny GelatinCups

1 cup boiling water
1 (4-serving size) package fruit flavored gelatin, any flavor1 cup cold water
8 oblong shaped vanilla cream-filled sandwich cookies
Assorted candies
String licorice
Decorating icings and gels

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the boilingwater and gelatin with a wire whisk until gelatin is completelydissolved. Pour evenly into 4 dessert cups. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Insert 2 cookies into 1 side of gelatinin each cup for the “bunny’s ears.” Refrigerate 3 hoursor until firm.
  • Make bunny faces with the candies, licoriceand decorating icings and gels.

    Makes 4 servings.
