Cookie bars made with crushed chocolategraham crackers and chocolate chips.
Recipe: Double ChocolateGraham Cracker Chip Bars
22 chocolate graham crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour andbaking soda in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugarwith an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs,one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.Mix in flour mixture, in increments, on low speed until combined.Stir in chips by hand. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool completelyon a wire rack before cutting into bars.
1/2 cup all-puipose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Makes 24 bars.
