Double Chocolate Brownies:
1 (21-ounce) package brownie mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 (12-ounce) package mini chocolate chips or mini mint chocolatechips – divided useCream Cheese Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
4 ounces cream cheese, well chilled, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
