Easy, two-layered white chocolate and semisweetchocolate squares with a contrasting decorative drizzle of whitechocolate on the top chocolate layer.
Recipe: Double ChocolateSquares
Heavy aluminum foil 2 cups white chocolate chips 3 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line a 8-inch square pan with heavy aluminumfoil.
In a small bowl, combine white chocolatechips and 1 tablespoon butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute,or until melted and smooth when stirred. Pour half into the 8-inchpan.
In another bowl, combine cream and 2 tablespoonsbutter. Microwave on high just until the mixture begins to boil.Stir in semisweet chocolate chips and mix until melted. Stirin vanilla. Pour into the pan on top of the vanilla and chillfor 10 minutes. Microwave the remaining white chocolate mixtureuntil soft and pour on top of the chocolate mixture.
Cut into 1-inch squares, cover, and chilluntil firm.
Makes 36 pieces.
