Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies recipe

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

A cookie for chocolate lovers, with bigchunks of chocolate in a chocolate cookie.

Recipe: Double ChocolateChunk Cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 (11.5-ounce) package NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-SweetChocolate Chunks

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda andsalt in a medium bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanillaextract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Graduallybeat in flour mixture. Stir in chunks. Drop by rounded tablespoononto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookiesare puffed and centers are set but still soft. Cool on bakingsheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

    Makes 40 cookies.
