That’s right…cheese fudge! It’s cheesy…butit’s creamy and surprisingly good!
Recipe: Deep Dish CheeseFudge
1/2 pound (2 sticks; 1 cup) butter
1/2 pound (2 cups) Wisconsin Pasteurized Processed cheese
2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Makes 72 (1-inch) squares.
