Dark Chocolate Truffles.

Recipe: Dark Chocolate Truffles

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
8 ounces NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® CHOCOLATIER 53% CacaoDark Chocolate Baking Bar
Finely chopped toasted nuts, toasted flaked coconut and/or unsweetenedcocoa powder for coating truffles

  • Line baking sheet with parchment or waxpaper.
  • Heat cream to a gentle boil in medium,heavy-duty saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Stir untilmixture is smooth and chocolate is melted. Refrigerate for 15to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • Drop chocolate mixture by rounded measuringteaspoon onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.Shape or roll into balls; coat with nuts, coconut or cocoa. Storein airtight container in refrigerator.

    Makes 3 to 4 dozen truffles.
