Dark Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge recipe

This dark chocolate marshmallow fudge willbe a favorite for holiday giving, whether in a bright tin atChristmastime or in a lacy, paper-lined satin box on Valentine’sDay.

Recipe: Dark Chocolate MarshmallowFudge

3 (6-ounce) packages or 3 cupssemisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pound miniature marshmallows

  • Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with waxed paper.
  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, meltsemisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in choppednuts and vanilla. Lastly, stir in miniature marshmallows. Spreadevenly into pan. Chill for at least an hour.
  • Turn out onto a cutting board, peel offthe wax paper and cut into 2-inch squares.

    Makes 24 pieces.
