Curried Waldorf Salad recipe

A delightful side salad for lunch, brunchor dinner.

Recipe: Curried Waldorf Salad

2 large red apples, unpeeled, cored andchopped
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 (8-ounce) jar chutney
3/4 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Romaine leaves (optional)

  • Combine apples, grapes, chutney, celery,nuts and mayonnaise in medium bowl; toss well to coat. Refrigeratefor 1 hour. Serve over lettuce leaves.

    Makes 4 servings.
