Curried Country-Style Ribs recipe

Roll up your sleeves for these saucy ribsfeaturing a unique twist to standard barbecue sauce. The ribsare basted the last 30 minutes of cooking to prevent burning.

Recipe: Curried Country-StyleRibs

2 to 3 pounds country-style pork ribs
Ground black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Season ribs with pepper and place on medium-hotgrill over indirect heat. Close grill hood and grill turningonly occasionally, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until pork is very tender.(Add extra charcoal if necessary to keep grill temperature atabout 325°F to 350°F (160°C to 175°C).
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir togetherremaining ingredients. Baste ribs twice with sauce mixture duringlast 30 minutes of grilling.

    Awesome! Made this yesterday and everyone loved it! I didn t have the ingredients for the mango salsa so we just served it over rice with the peanut sauce and it was delish! I did half the sauce recipe and we still had leftovers. Yum! Thanks for another amazing meal! Beautiful! And those short ribs aggh, so delicious. I know that I d probably be over it in like 15 minutes, but I m sort of jealous of all your snow ??
