Recipe: Crustless Broccoli& Cheddar Mini Quiches
1 (12-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION®Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
3 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped, frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
